Of all the bagel joints in all the world, I had to find this one - and am I ever glad I did, its flat out the best. That's saying a lot because, hey, there are a lot of really fine places you can get a good bagel. But NYC Bagel, outlet, deli - for the bagels and everything else there, its a uniquely top-notch, with unmistakable authenticity - its own special charm to top the best bagels, sandwiches etc. The crew is exceptional and does such a fine job - great folks with the best bagels, sandwiches etc. Believe me, you've got to try it - a pleasant time is guaranteed for all; such a place.

The name got me to come in and satisfy my curiosity... Born n raised New Yorker of 30+ years, thinking that I've found "the spot"?!?! I was wrong!!! Potatoes overdone and soggy, coffee was watered down and had no aroma nor taste... Eggs were ok but the spinach wasn't fresh. Bagels were ok too. I give this place two-stars. NYC bagel and deli failed in NYC so they relocated to Florida where people don't know any better.

Good service, food, and price for a breakfast bagel with steak egg and cheese on an authentic ny bagel. Would recommend

If you want a bagel this is probably a good place to go. The bagels we got were fresh and delicious. The only problem is they run out of bagels so make sure you get there early so you get your choice. I don't know what else to say other than we had bagels and they were good. Keep making good bagels!

Food is great I am a regular and there's nothing else around that compares to it. But the young red haired woman who has been in there the last few times is just insanely rude for absolutely no reason. I walk in the shop and she just looks at me doesn't say anything while doing something else for 5 minutes with literally no one else in the shop. And 12:30 so not closing or anything. Finally walks up to the counter and says what can I do for you with a disgusted look on her face like she hates me and every second she's working there. Anyways I pay she hands me my change and says here Ya go I say thankyou she just walks away doesn't say anything. Food gets done she comes back and hands it to me and I'm like thankyou and she just doesn't say anything back again like wtf? I have never wrote a review on yelp nor am I a person who complains about service EVER. This is also my daily spot for breakfast I see you guys almost daily. So I really really hate to bash the food because it is unbeatable and that's no lie but whoever that red haired bitch is I don't care if it's the owners daughter or her fucking dog just died that shit is ridiculous. She is like disgustingly rude to a customer with absolutely no reason fire her ASAP. The older dark haired woman who is normally in there is awesome and extremely friendly have never had a complaint with the service before. I'll subtract one star from 5 for that bitch because I don't wanna make you guys look bad.

I came for the bagels and they were very good. I was quite happy with how fresh they were. I got my dozen to - go, just less than ten bones. They of course had the usual flavors . By 8:30 a.m. there were not many asiago, multi grain or cinnamon raisin left. So, get there early for the best selection. The inside is pretty sparse but clean. I will be back next time I am in town. Freshly made and soft and chewy on the inside. Definitely better than Einstein Bros.

I am from New Jersey so I know what can qualify for a good bagel. All I can say is that these are probably the closest decent bagels you will find in the Palm Harbor area. Of course they are not nearly as good as the bagels from up north but they are good. I like the fact that the bagels here are decent in size and pretty chewy rather than the bagels you get elsewhere. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that at times the bagels are a tad bit on the salty side. I guess that just all depends on the batch you get too. I recommend giving this place a shot if you're looking for a good bagel shop in Palm Harbor. This shop is hard to miss since it's hidden in a small plaza on 19, so make sure to put the address into your GPS. There are those who are giving this place negative stars due to the long wait. If you're in a rush to get served then I recommend placing an order ahead of time and just picking it up.

Stood in line over twenty minutes to get dozen bagels. After finally checking out, commented to woman working there ,hoped next time they could have more help-she replied you always have an issue- and I told her I did -her bad attitude and service. Too bad they have good bagels and only bialys around but no more- Breakfast sandwiches not very good , pretty expensive and take forever. I go to McDonalds to get mine on way home-

If an authentic bagel and real cream cheese is what you want, this is the place! It's not a chain with whipped cream cheese. It's a mom and pop shop who makes the bagels fresh every day. I get a sesame bagel toasted with chive cream cheese. Very large, chewy bagel with top notch cream cheese. Their breakfast sandwiches are great too. They even have Taylor Ham or pork roll that goes great on the breakfast sandwich. Sometimes I have to wait a bit, but I am cool with that knowing I am getting a great product and supporting a local business too!

Authentic NY bagels with authentic NY customer service. The people are not that warm and friendly, but the bagels are amazing! They are a great value too. Fancy chains like Panera can not even compare to the Bagel Outlet and Deli. They were located behind the McDonalds on US 19 and Nebraska years ago. They've now moved to the strip mall next to the new Lucky Dill location.

Basic interior, there is really not much to say about the location or appearance other than it is a clean place. However, their bagel sandwiches are hard to beat. The mound of salmon they put on the bagel is crazy.

If you can get past the staff screaming at each other and the slightly warm coffee, the bagels are actually pretty good.

Searched for months for a decent NY-style bagel. It is here! The owners are from NYC, and they know how to make a good NY-style, boiled bagel. Don't go anywhere else; this is the real deal. Friendly, clean, and excellent, fresh bagels.
